How much does a home renovation cost?
It depends on the size of the space, the scope of work and the finish level you choose. We give you an itemised price after seeing the property.
How long does it take?
Most apartments take around four to six weeks. Villas usually run eight to twelve, depending on scope. You get a schedule with your quote.
I rent. Can I still renovate?
Often yes, with landlord approval. Tell us the situation and we will give you an honest view on what is realistic.
Do I need to move out during the work?
Usually not, though it depends on the scope. We will tell you what to expect and how we phase the work before anything starts.
Do you take on single rooms?
Yes. A kitchen, a majlis or a set of wardrobes is a perfectly normal project for us.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1 and work across Dubai.
